About Us

Michael Reed & Co Ltd was founded by Michael himself over 28 years ago, and being one of the few original tree surgeons in the county the business didn't take long to grow in reputation and demand. Michael lives locally in Westbourne, Emsworth, his hometown for the past 40 plus years, with his bustling family.

Michael Reed recently took on a partner, Wade, who now runs the business and works along side Michael's son William. Wade has worked with Michael for seven years and the major part of his tree surgery career, only taking one year off to work in Canada. Having earned some very cold, but valuable knowledge and experience tackling bigger trees, Wade returned to become partner in Michael Reed & Co Ltd and is actively involved with carrying on the excellent reputation of the company.

Area of OperationBased in Emsworth we pride ourselves in being a local company looking after the tree care needs of our local community. Our area of operation is roughly bounded by Portsmouth, Fareham, Petersfield, Chichester and Hayling Island.
